Their services are truly 4-stars. The staff are always ready to help and make your stay enjoyable. In the room, you get alot like a pressing iron, safe, work area (office chair & desk), balcony (though view is bad or non existent really), central air, good sized TV (40+ or 50 inch) with DStv Premium bouquet which is great, bathroom is HUGE but that's also a problem as I feel the room is smaller than it should be. All that bathroom space should have been added to the room. You also get alot of storage also. Love the sink, it's chick, but also it's outside the bathroom lol, just outside but still, kind of a weird decision. No? Especially as the bathroom is like a stadium. Food is good too, you get SO MANY breakfast options. French, Italian, American and of course African with options and choices. Food is great actually lol, the complimentary breakfast, however buying food from them is really expensive. But that's expected. All that said, i think you can get more for same money. But you know, 4-Star hotel. You gotta pay to play. Cheers
