Kaduna South is a city in Kaduna State. It is a Local Government Area, its headquarters is the town of Makera. Kaduna South shares boundaries with other Local Government area; Kaduna North Local Government Area to the north, Chikun Local Government Area to the south and Igabi Local Government Area to the northwest. This LGA has 13 subdivisions. It is an heterogenous community; comprising Adara, Yoruba, Atyap, Bajju, Gbagyi, Ham, Hausa, Idoma, Igala, Igbo, etc.
