Issele-Uku is a city in Delta state. It is the headquarter for Aniocha North Local Government Area. This area is close to the new Asaba International Airport road. The City of Issele-uku in the oil rich Delta State of Nigeria is located west of the majestic River Niger. Issele-uku lies approximately 6 degrees north of the equator.Enuani which is a dialect of Igbo language is the native language in Issele-uku.
