Epie is located at the North-Eastern region of Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. The Epie and Atissa are two Nations. Epie-Atissa settlements include: Onopa, Igbogene, Kpansia, Ogu, Edepie, Yenaka, Opolo, Swali, Ikolo, Akenfa, Yenagoa, and Biogbolo. The Yenagoa community in the Epie-Atissa clan is the capital of Bayelsa State.
