Gwarinpa is a developed district situated in Abuja Phase 3. It houses the largest single housing estate in Nigeria. The neighborhood is a thriving one and as such is often referred to as “its own city”. As part of the urban development of Abuja in the early 2000’s, Gwarinpa significantly grew and rose in population. It is now a popular mid-high class neighborhood that was traditionally developed to be residential in nature.
