Tarkwa Bay Beach is an artificial sheltered beach in Lagos harbour off the outskirts of the Lagos island in Nigeria. Due to its island status, it is only accessible by boat or water taxis. The beach, popular with swimmers and water-sports enthusiasts, also has a welcoming resident community.

Tarkwa Bay Beach, in its elevating beauty, pride itself as a free haven that is not usually noisy or crowded; making it a unique place to have some quiet time with loved ones or a fun get-together with friends.

Tarkwa Bay Beach is counted among the “well kept” beach in Lagos; jet skiing and water-skiing are common sports there, so it is advisable for visitors to take their water sports equipment when visiting.
